With its consistent, highly accurate print quality, and unique technology allowing you to print using two different materials, the Zortrax Inventure is perfect for professional use and intricate designs. The included Z-Suite software helps to guarantee quality prints every time.

Dissolvable Support System

The Zortrax Inventure incorporates a unique design, using a single extruder to feed two different filaments through two nozzles. This enables you to print using one filament for the model and another soluble filament for support structures. The soluble filament can then be easily removed by the DSS Station - simply submerge the finished print in water inside the DSS Station, rinse and dry. The Z-Suite software allows to to create highly accurate, complex designs by automatically generating support structures for your 3D design, which you can manually edit.

Z-Suite software:

The included Z-Suite software is packed with features to enable you to transform your idea into the perfect design. It can automatically convert 3D files into models ready to print, identify potential problems such as walls that are too thin before printing, and allow you to adjust the durability of your finished print.

Safe and controlled 3D printing:

The Zortrax Inventure features an almost fully sealed, enclosed print chamber to protect your print and give you control over the print conditions. At the same time, the built-in HEPA filter catches more than 99% of printing emissions, including ultra fine particles, meaning you can rest assured that you are printing in a safe environment.

Smart cartridges:

The Zortrax Inventure supports the use of a range of dedicated Zortrax filaments including Z-PETG, Z-PLA, Z-SEMIFLEX, Z-ULTRAT Plus (model filaments), Z-SUPPORT (support filament) and Z-Support Plus (support filament for Z-ULTRAT Plus). The smart cartridges are fitted with a special chip to monitor how much filament is left and notify you of colour and material, ensuring reliable printing. Using cartridges also means replacing filament is easier and faster.

Professional applications:

Using the Zortrax Inventure, you can experiment with various materials to meet different industrial requirements. Create complex designs and detailed models, and print end-use parts, functional prototypes and objects with high precision and durability for accurate pre-production testing. You can even use Z-Suite to stack models, printing several at once separated by the support material to reduce printing time.
